Refund policy
REFUND POLICY AND CREDITS
Since our wellness experiences are curated with limited seats we do not offer refunds on bookings made. All sales are final. If you are unable to attend or would like to nominate someone else to attend in your place, please do inform us and we can make necessary changes in attendee details or offer credit. However issuing credit for a future event or experience is at the sole discretion of Vitality Hours; and is decided on the use case. Cancellations
We do our best to ensure a flawless experience, and depending on the circumstances, VITALITY HOURS may, in its sole discretion, postpone an event or make changes in the schedule due to unforeseen circumstances. Only in case of complete cancellation, refunds will be made via the original mode of payment within 5-10 business days depending on the bank.
